Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your order for a refund within 28 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and, if applicable, protective inner linings intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day (see holiday list below). Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times are estimates. Fox is not responsible for delays caused by weather or natural disasters. International shipping is not available.

Warranty Policy

We apologize for any issues with your Fox gear. If your defective product is within the 1-year warranty period and the issue was not caused by user error, normal wear and tear, or any other non-covered reason, we will be happy to resolve the problem.
