Warranty Policy

They offer a 2-year limited warranty on their traditional watches and a 1-year limited warranty on their smartwatches. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with a date is required. If your watch is out of warranty, don't worry – they can still repair it for a fee.

Gift Card

Send a gift card wrapped in their signature sleeve, or email an online e-gift card that will arrive within 24 hours. Valid at US Fossil stores and on Fossil.com. Not redeemable for online purchases, in-store pickup, or contactless curbside service.
