Shipping Policy

They dispatch their mystery boxes once a month, with shipments leaving by the 22nd for orders placed by the 21st of the month. Shipping is handled via USPS First Class, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as each box is shipped. Typically, your box will arrive within 2-7 business days, although these times may be longer due to post-pandemic delays.

Return Policy

You will not be charged at the time your subscription is set to renew. Refunds are not available for boxes that have already shipped. Any refunds requested for unshipped boxes are subject to a $10 processing fee plus an additional 10% to cover credit card processing fees.
