Transfer Policy

The recipient of the ticket only needs to provide their personal information. Within the purchase details, there will be a section asking, "Will someone accompany you to participate in this experience?" Click the "Send them your ticket" button. Ask your friends to view their new entries in the "Tickets" section of the app.

Ticket ID

To find your Ticket ID, log into your account via the app, go to the "Tickets" section, and select the event. After accessing your ticket, you will see your Ticket ID (eight digits) below your name.

Return Policy

Most of their tickets are final and cannot be changed. In some cases, they may assist you in modifying the event date. Remember to contact them at least 48 hours before the event.
