Shipping Policy

Delivery typically takes around 7 days, operating Monday through Saturday. Although they plan routes geographically, their scheduling team will contact you three days before your delivery to confirm a specific time window, allowing you to organize your day accordingly. The initial delivery of your furniture is complimentary, including assembly in your chosen room and removal of packaging.

Return Policy

Items purchased directly can be fully refunded with a 30-day notice from the delivery date. You may also exchange directly purchased items for another Fernish product within 30 days of delivery. Items returned must be in their original condition.
