Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, returns or refunds are not accepted for the following products: Fast Mask Original Masks, Fast Mask Fleece Masks, and Fast Mask Hats. Fast Mask Gloves and clothing items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Refund Policy

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Lost / Stolen Replacement Plan

In today's environment with high package theft rates, Fast Mask offers a Lost and Stolen Insurance for all purchases. Shipping insurance is optional, costing $1.99 for every order. Insurance must be purchased at the time of the product purchase.
