Shipping Policy

They provide Free U.S. Shipping on all orders with standard delivery (7-9 business days) worldwide. Usually, it takes approximately 7-9 business days to prepare your order, with an additional 7-9 business days for shipping. If you select Expedited shipping, the delivery time is reduced to 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered differently than your final design or on incorrect products, they will reproduce those items or provide a full or partial refund based on your preference.

Cancellations

Since custom items are unique and made specifically for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. To cancel your order, please email them with your order number and the reason for cancellation. They will process your request if the order has not yet gone into production.
