Warranty

The adjustable bed base includes a 10-year limited warranty. The first year provides comprehensive coverage for parts and labor. From year 2 to 10, the warranty covers replacement of any mechanical parts found to be defective.

Return Policy

Items must be in “Like New” condition and repackaged in the original packaging, including the proof of purchase receipt. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will not include initial shipping or white glove delivery charges.
