Refund Policy

Refunds are only valid within 30 days of purchase. Customers must provide a photo to request a refund or exchange. If the customer receives the wrong item or a defective product, Evutec will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the customer requests a refund, they are responsible for the shipping fees.

Warranty Policy
