Return Policy

Emma Lewisham aims for you to love and enjoy your product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Refund Policy

Once they receive your returned product in accordance with their 'Returns' or 'Missing or Damaged Product' policies, they will process your refund to the original credit card used for purchase and send you a confirmation email. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders from New Zealand and Australia will not incur import or customs duties. For all other countries, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the customer. They will not refund your order if you choose not to pay the import or customs duties.
