Shipping policy

All orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (or 10:00 AM West Coast time) will ship the same day, from Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays, weekends, and promotional periods). Shipping within the US is provided via E-Shipping and USPS.

Return policy

Products returned in poor condition will incur a 20% restocking fee. All other returns are non-refundable unless approved by Ellusionist, are unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 90 days of purchase.
