Cancel a reservation
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so for shipping prior to pickup or use through one of the communication methods listed on your voucher or on their website.
Rent
Most of their reservations are prepaid, meaning payment is made at the time of booking. For prepaid reservations, you may have the option to pay a small, non-refundable deposit at booking and settle the remaining amount before pickup.
Cancel policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours (or in some cases 48 hours) before the scheduled pickup, you will typically receive a full refund, minus the administration fee specified in the terms and conditions. Refunds are processed within 20 business days.
