Shipping Policy

They are pleased to offer same-day shipping for most in-stock items. Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST Monday through Friday to qualify for same-day shipping. They ship to most US states, US territories, and Canada. For shipments outside these regions, a freight forwarder and payment via wire transfer are required. They do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

Return Policy

Returns for stock (non-custom) items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition. Please review their Return Procedure. Note that starting March 1, 2020, they are temporarily extending the return window to 90 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Refund Policy

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing your return and refund. They can only issue credit for the item's price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
