Shipping Policy

Orders placed online before 3:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST) from Monday to Friday are generally shipped on the same business day. We do not process shipments on weekends. Shipping is exclusively within the United States and U.S. territories.

Return Policy

All return requests must be sent via email to internet@discountelectronics.com. Please include your order number in your message. The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping expenses.

Warranty Policy

Desktops and laptops are backed by a one-year warranty covering parts and labor. Monitors, parts, and accessories carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified on the receipt or detailed in the product's warranty description.
