Return Policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange the delivered items with similar products of different size, shape, color, model, or complexity. This right can be exercised within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Exchange Process

The customer initiates the return by registering it and receiving a return label. They can then arrange for a courier or deliver the item to the nearest facility as specified on the return label. The courier will arrive at your location to pick up the return. Once the item is received, we will send out the replacement product.

Transportation

Products containing lithium-ion batteries are subject to Dangerous Goods Legislation requirements. Customers can transport these products by road without additional restrictions.
