Cancellation Policy

For tours canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, customers are eligible to receive a full credit voucher for the entire tour value. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure are not accepted.

Payment Methods

Online reservations can be prepaid using PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Bookings made via phone or Live Chat can be paid with MasterCard or Visa. Unfortunately, guides are unable to process cash payments at the destination due to local laws and regulations.
