Delivery Policy

They aim to ship as quickly as possible, usually within a day of receiving an order if placed before 12pm. However, same-day shipping may not be possible if the order is placed after the daily Royal Mail collection, even for express or next-day delivery options. Please be aware that import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country upon arrival of goods purchased from the UK.

Return Policy

Curious Egg offers a 30-day return window. You can return a product within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Royal Mail now provides a home collection service for small parcels under 2kg, which you can book. If you do not have an account, please contact them at [email protected], including your order number and the reason for your return. They will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return.
