The Sales Tax

They are proudly based in Tampa, Florida, crafted and shipped from their small paradise. Therefore, they are required to collect sales tax from Florida residents. Residents from other states are currently not required to pay sales tax when placing an order.

Terms of Payment

They accept all major credit and debit cards at checkout. Additionally, they also support checkout via PayPal. Simply follow the instructions during checkout and select PayPal if you choose this method. They do not accept checks or IOUs, and they don't believe you will attempt to pay with them anyway.

Cancel The Order

You can cancel an order by contacting them through their "Contact them" page or by replying to the order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. After that time, they can cancel your order up until it ships and will charge a $20 processing fee to cover their 3D design costs. Once your crystal has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
