Return Policy

Products that are special or custom orders cannot be returned. These orders are non-cancelable. Non-stock orders purchased by Country Floors on behalf of the customer from independent vendors cannot be returned, and orders cannot be canceled.

Lead Time

The lead times for special custom orders of tile and natural stone can range from as little as 14 days up to over 120 days, depending on the source of the material. While many products featured on this website or in our catalogs are kept in stock at our warehouses, this does not guarantee that all products will be available at any given time.

Payment Policy

All materials are purchased with a 50% deposit due at the time of order placement, or 100% if the order total is less than $1,000. The remaining balance, including freight and handling charges, is payable before shipment unless an open account has been established with Country Floors.
