CigaBuy offers worldwide shipping. Standard orders are dispatched via Airmail parcels and Registered Airmail parcels. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method during checkout. As CigaBuy is based in Hong Kong, where there is no sales tax, most items can be shipped within 1 day; however, some products may require approximately 3 days for processing.

Return Policy

Customers can return defective items within 3 months of shipment. Upon return, the items will be replaced and shipped back free of charge. Reimbursement for return shipping costs is USD 20 or the actual cost of regular airmail, whichever is lower.
