Compassionate Exception Policy

Certain customers may be eligible for discounts on cancellation, refund, or ticket change service fees. U.S. Military personnel (travelers and immediate family members*) and individuals affected by bereavement (affecting traveler and immediate family*) are entitled to a 100% discount on these service fees. Customers with visual impairments are eligible for a 50% discount on their cancellation, refund, or ticket change service fees.

Refund Policy

Most airline tickets, hotel bookings, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking. Trip protection insurance can be refunded within 10 days of purchase if travel has not begun and upon calling the customer service center to cancel. All cancellations must be made via phone only.
