Shipping Policy

US shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. International shipping is handled via USPS (with delivery confirmation) and FedEx, depending on your location and preferred delivery speed.

International Shipping Duties

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive a response within one business day. Support staff will issue you a QR code. Then, visit one of our drop-off locations across the US, including Staples and FedEx Office stores. Items damaged or lost during shipping are not eligible for refunds. For such cases, you must file a claim with the carrier.
