Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method. Cash refunds exceeding $150.00 will be issued via check within 14 business days. Refunds to credit/debit cards can only be made to the same card used for the initial purchase. Credits from financed or lease-to-own agreements will be credited to the finance or lease-to-own company and refunded within 7 to 10 days, depending on your account status.

Shipping Policy

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including a $15.00 fee for returned items shipped free of charge. If the initial shipping cost exceeds this fee, the full shipping amount will be charged if an item is shipped and the buyer refuses delivery or the item is undeliverable; in such cases, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy

All eligible products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to certain restrictions outlined below. Simply select your preferred return method, ensuring the item is in new, complete, and original condition with the receipt.
