Credits

Credits are only applicable for products available for purchase on the Website. They can be combined with coupons or other promotional offers and will be automatically deducted from the total in your shopping cart. Credits are promotional and carry no monetary or equivalent value from you.

Delivery Guarantees

From time to time, CanvasPeople may offer guaranteed delivery by or before a specific date. This guarantee applies only to orders that do not include services requiring photo editing (such as edits, enhancements, etc.) and to orders placed on or before the specified expiration date.

Refunds

Since these are personalized items, refunds are generally not provided unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.

Cancellations

Due to their highly automated production process, orders that meet image resolution requirements will go directly into production. Therefore, cancellations must be requested within 8 hours of placing the order.

Replacements
