Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days (returns after this period are subject to CAMILLA's discretion). Items must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed, including shoes returned with sole marks or scratches.

Gift Certificates

Currently, CAMILLA offers gift certificates exclusively in our boutiques. Gift certificates are valid for three years. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
