Subscription

If you purchase a seasonal or annual subscription, the credit card or PayPal account provided during purchase will be charged on the first day of the month when you subscribe.

Return Policy

They do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are not provided. They want you to enjoy every BREO BOX you purchase, but sometimes, the product may not meet your expectations.

Shipping Policy

Shipping outside the continental U.S. will incur the following charges: for non-contiguous U.S. subscription box orders, the fee is $25 per box. For Canada, the fee is $35 per box.

Unsubscribe

You can cancel your seasonal subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next box, cancellation must be processed at least one business day before the upcoming billing date. Gift subscriptions cannot be canceled.
