The store offers two types of gift cards: electronic gift cards and physical gift cards. Electronic gift cards are delivered via email, while physical gift cards are shipped by mail. In California, two BoxLunch gift cards with balances of less than $10 can be redeemed for cash.

Returns

If you encounter an issue or are not satisfied with your order 3000, please return your items to the nearest BoxLunch Store. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. All clearance items bought on BoxLunch.com are final sale and cannot be returned.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping generally arrives within 3-8 business days. Delivery is made via the United States Postal Service and is expected Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
