Refer a Friend

Customers who refer others will receive a Referral Reward once the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by a customer service representative. Each customer is limited to referring two individuals per household. Customers can earn only one referral credit per referred person.

Shipping Policy

Orders may qualify for free shipping or a flat-rate fee may apply. The actual shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Orders will be shipped via FedEx or another courier service. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Refund Policy

Any items returned as part of an order that used a discount code will have the full value of the discount deducted from the refund, regardless of the number of products returned. All authorized e-bike returns will incur a USD $550 shipping fee deduction from the refund, in addition to the restocking fee specified in section 6.B.3.

Payment

Payments may be declined or refunded at BEB's sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. If a pre-order for any product is accepted, your account, credit card, or other payment method will be charged once approved by BEB, regardless of the expected shipment date.
