BedInABox guarantees that if your mattress is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects within the first ten (10) years of the warranty, it will be replaced or repaired at their discretion, excluding specific limitations outlined herein.

Return Policy

They do not charge a restocking fee or reshipping fee for their mattresses.

Foundations

Mattress foundations can be returned within the 120-night trial period. Return shipping incurs a $50 fee, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
