Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt, unless specified otherwise on the shopping page. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Aviron offers Standard Shipping to the US & Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii, but excludes Puerto Rico.

Return Policy

We understand that you'll love your Aviron Interactive ("Aviron") rower, but if you're uncertain, we completely understand. That's why Aviron offers new customers the opportunity to try their rower risk-free when purchased directly from our website. Eligible buyers can try Aviron for 30 days and may request a return without being charged the restocking fee or return shipping costs.

Warranty

Customers making a warranty claim must contact Aviron within the warranty period. Aviron will then determine the appropriate resolution, whether it involves remote repair or returning the defective product or part to Aviron's factory, with all shipping costs prepaid by the customer. The product or part must be returned to Aviron's facility for the latter option.
