You will receive a full refund for your mattress if you are not satisfied, with no hidden fees or return shipping charges. If after trying the Aslan GEL memory foam mattress for 50 days you are not completely satisfied, contact us to initiate the return process.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is fast and free within the contiguous United States. Currently, all mattresses are shipped within 3 business days and will arrive within 1-6 days. Mattresses are shipped directly to your home via FedEx®, compressed and packed securely in a protective bag and box. The closer you are to the southeastern U.S., the faster you will receive your mattress.

Warranty Policy

Aslan guarantees that it will, at its discretion, replace or repair your Aslan mattress if it is found to be defective due to materials or craftsmanship, subject to the limitations described in this limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of new products, begins from the date of the original purchase, and is non-transferable.
