Shipping Policy

Ashford automatically applies free shipping during checkout. Orders under $99 will incur a $5.99 shipping and handling fee. However, Ashford members qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $99.

Return Policy

For brand new items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For certified used items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All products from Ashford are 100% new unless labeled as "certified used." Perfume purchases are final and cannot be returned.
