Return Policy

They provide free exchanges and free returns for store credit on unused and undamaged products shipped from anywhere within the United States within 30 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange your item or return it for store credit equal to 110% of the original purchase price.

Shipping Policy

Adelante offers free shipping on products delivered to customers in the United States and free shipping with a three-week delivery period for made-to-order Adelantes. For international customers outside of the United States, a flat rate shipping fee applies. Adelante is not responsible for paying import fees.

Footwear Warranty

Footwear with the “Adelante” or “Adelante Shoe Co.” label is covered against defects in workmanship and materials. If a defect occurs within 12 months of purchase due to normal use, Adelante will repair or replace the product free of charge.
