Cancellation Policy

If your driver has been assigned to you for less than five minutes when you cancel the booking, no charge or cancellation fee will apply. If the driver has been assigned for more than five minutes before you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Waiting Time Policy

For non-airport trips, a grace period of five minutes is provided before waiting time begins to accrue. For ASAP bookings, the five-minute period starts from the moment the vehicle arrives. For pre-booked trips, it begins from the scheduled pickup time. After six minutes, additional waiting charges will apply.
